1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetMeASutta (getmeasutta.com), creating a creator profile, or tipping any creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Creator Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration, including your payout identifiers.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
• Handles (usernames) are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that impersonate public figures, infringe registered trademarks, or remain inactive squatted handles.

3. Nature of Tips & Voluntary Gratuity

• Gifts of Appreciation: All payments made via GetMeASutta are voluntary gratuities and appreciation gifts from supporters to independent creators.
• No Commercial Equity or Investment: Tips do not entitle the supporter to financial return, equity, securities, or ownership in any project or creator venture.
• Non-Refundable: Because tips are transferred directly peer-to-peer into the creator's banking or wallet account, tips are non-refundable through the platform. Any refund dispute must be resolved directly with the recipient creator or the respective payment rail.

4. Payment Rails & Direct Routing

GetMeASutta facilitates direct connections using regional payment infrastructure (such as Unified Payments Interface [UPI] in India, and eSewa / Khalti digital wallets in Nepal).

GetMeASutta is not a chartered bank, escrow provider, or licensed remittance agent. We do not hold creator funds in custody. Creators receive payouts directly into their accounts subject to the terms and transaction limits of their respective payment providers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use GetMeASutta for any of the following activities:

• Promoting, selling, or soliciting actual tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or illicit substances.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraudulent financial activities.
• Publishing defamatory, threatening, sexually explicit, abusive, or hateful content.
• Impersonating another person, creator, or entity.
• Engaging in unauthorized scraping, automated spamming, or attempting to compromise platform infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full copyright and ownership of all content, graphics, audio, code, and artwork they showcase or link to on their pages. By displaying your bio and avatar on GetMeASutta, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to render your public profile on our platform.

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, and software code of GetMeASutta are the exclusive property of GetMeASutta.

7. Tax Compliance & Regional Laws

Creators are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting any taxes, GST, or income levies applicable to the gratuities they receive in their domestic jurisdictions (including under the Reserve Bank of India and Income Tax Department in India, or Nepal Rastra Bank and Inland Revenue Department in Nepal).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMeASutta and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, payment rail downtime, unauthorized account access, or third-party creator content.
